These Terms and Conditions apply to https://mubboo.travel, operated by Mubboo LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What Mubboo Travel provides

Mubboo Travel provides flight-search, comparison, route and destination information. We may send your selected route, dates, passengers, cabin, language, currency and affiliate attribution to a third-party flight-search or booking provider.

Mubboo is not an airline, travel agent, ticket issuer or payment processor. A booking contract is formed only between you and the provider you select.

3. Prices, availability and travel information

Flight prices and availability change frequently. Cached or recently observed prices are indicative only. The final price, currency conversion, baggage rules, fare conditions, availability and fees are confirmed by the provider.

You are responsible for checking passport, visa, transit, health, safety and entry requirements with official authorities before travel.

4. Third-party providers

Third-party websites have their own terms, privacy practices, payment processes and support policies. Mubboo does not control and is not responsible for their services, content, booking decisions or performance.

5. Affiliate relationships

6. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, lawful travel research. You must not:

Mubboo branding, original text, design and other site content are owned by Mubboo LLC or used under licence. Airline, airport and provider names and marks belong to their respective owners.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular fare, complete market coverage or successful booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mubboo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a third-party provider. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
